To best serve all of my guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. I totally understand that things happen. Life happens and emergencies happen and you have to reschedule or cancel… as long as you give me more then 48 hours notice there will be no charge and no problem! It gives me time to fill the spot which is ideal. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
